This approach examines your whole lifestyle, exploring the relationship between physical and mental health, and incorporates nutrition, lifestyle adjustments, and positive mindset shifts for a holistic approach to wellness. 

How long does the coaching process typically take, and what can I expect in terms of results?

The coaching process typically involves weekly one-hour sessions, and the program generally spans 24 weeks. Throughout this period, you can access a private chat function via the Healthie software, allowing you to send messages and questions between sessions. While the duration varies depending on individual goals, my emphasis on creating sustainable changes often leads to noticeable improvements in energy levels, weight management, and overall well-being within a few months.

Is the coaching suitable for specific dietary preferences or restrictions?

Absolutely! I ensure the coaching is well-suited for each client’s specific dietary preferences or restrictions. I create personalized nutrition plans to accommodate various needs, including special diets such as vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free, or for specific health concerns. The coaching is designed to be flexible, and I collaborate with each person to determine the best approach, making it as healthy as possible based on their preferences and goals.

Do I have to have a specific health issue to benefit from health coaching?

Not at all! Health coaching offers benefits for individuals at any point in their wellness journey. Whether you’re seeking stress management, improved energy levels, or an overall enhancement of well-being, I tailor my approach to align with your individual goals. Health coaching can be valuable in a preventative sense as well, supporting you in maintaining and optimizing your health and hindering health problems from popping up down the line.

What if I’m not happy with the program? Is there a cancellation policy?

You have the flexibility to cancel at any time, and I will refund any sessions that haven’t taken place yet. Please note that the time I’ve already spent with a client is non-refundable. Discounts are only applicable to the full coaching program, and will no longer apply if the program is canceled early.

Can you prescribe medications? Can you be my doctor?

I do not prescribe medications. I emphasize that each of my clients must have a primary care provider to manage their medications and medical conditions. My focus is on nutrition and lifestyle coaching, offering valuable resources that complement but do not replace the role of a primary care professional in your health journey.

Who can sign up for Your Sanitas coaching?

Anyone excited and motivated to learn and make significant changes to improve their health and quality of life is encouraged to sign up. I am currently only accepting clients in the state of Oklahoma. 

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

I accept all major credit cards. I don’t accept insurance, HSAs or FSAs.

What is included in one-on-one coaching?

My one-on-one coaching program involves weekly video coaching sessions with me over about 24 weeks (this timeframe may vary depending on the client). Throughout the program, my clients will receive personalized plans for nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management that are completely tailored to their unique lifestyles and health goals. I also offer ongoing education and support for my clients, making sure they have the knowledge and resources they need for a lifetime of improved health.
