I’m a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine with a Board Certification in Family Medicine and a degree in Dietetics.

My role is to meet my clients where they are. Life can get so busy, and it’s too easy for your health to take a backseat. I help everyone I work with find simple, personalized health solutions — their ‘Sanitas’ — so they can live the life they want to live. 

I use an 8-step process to help my clients meet their health goals so they can live a life they love.
